So what are you doing for self care?

Hello and welcome to my blog and today I would like to change things up just a little bit and talk about self care. Sometimes we get so busy taking care of others to where we forget to take care of ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally, social and spiritual. I would like to share a few self care tips to get you on your way.

  1. Take a daily walk.

  2. Meditate for 10 minutes

  3. Take a long hot bath or shower

  4. Treat yourself to something nice

  5. Write in a journal

6. Create a vision board

7. Have a spa day

8. Sleep in
